"เกาะตุกนลิมา" อุทยานแห่งชาติหมู่เกาะลันตา

“เกาะตุกนลิมา” อ่านว่า “ตุ-กน-ลิ-มา” แปลว่า “กองหินห้าลูก” เป็นภาษามาลายู และเป็นชื่อเกาะที่มีความสวยงามแห่งหนึ่งเปรียบเหมือนอัญมณีสวยงามแห่งอันดามัน ตั้งอยู่ในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติหมู่เกาะลันตา อ.เกาะลันตา จ.กระบี่

เกาะตุกนลิมา ประกอบด้วยเกาะเล็กๆ 5 เกาะ มีที่ราบเล็กน้อย บนยอดเขาของเกาะมีพื้นที่มากอยู่ 2 เกาะ ส่วนอีก 3 เกาะ ที่เหลือมีลักษณะเหมือนหินโผล่พ้นน้ำ ไม่มีพื้นที่ราบ ลักษณะทางธรณีของกลุ่มเกาะนี้ ยังเป็นหินปูนในหินชุดราชบุรีในยุคเพอร์เมียนช่วงล่าง-ช่วงกลาง มีช่วงอายุ 280-230 ล้านปี ที่แห่งนี้ยังเป็นสวรรค์ของนักดำน้ำ ที่มักพบฝูงปลากระเบนราหู และพระเอกสุดหล่ออย่างฉลามวาฬมาอวดโฉมอยู่เสมอ

เกาะตุกนลิมาหรือเกาะห้า อุทยานแห่งชาติหมู่เกาะลันตา จึงเป็นสถานที่ที่สามารถดำน้ำลึกและดำผิวน้ำชมปะการังได้เป็นอย่างดี นอกจากนี้อุทยานแห่งชาติหมู่เกาะลันตา ยังประกอบด้วยเกาะ 25 เกาะ แบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มเกาะรอก กลุ่มเกาะไหง กลุ่มเกาะลันตา และกลุ่มเกาะห้า(ตุกนลิมา)

เกาะห้าเป็นกลุ่มเกาะ 5 เกาะ เกาะห้าใหญ่มีรูปร่างคล้ายใบเรือ และเป็นจุดดำดูปะการังน้ำตื้นและน้ำลึก อยู่ในพื้นที่อุทยานแห่งชาติหมู่เกาะลันตา จังหวัดกระบี่ ประกอบด้วย เกาะน้อยใหญ่จำนวน 5 เกาะ คือ เกาะหนึ่ง เกาะสอง เกาะสาม เกาะสี่ และเกาะห้า บริเวณทิศตะวันออกของเกาะ 3 มีชายหาดเล็ก ๆ ลาดชันลงไปทางเกาะ 2 และเกาะ 4 ลักษณะเป็นเวิ้งอ่าว (ลากูน) บริเวณนี้ระดับความลึกไม่มาก มองเห็นน้ำทะเลใส เป็นจุดที่มักใช้ทดสอบความพร้อมก่อนการดำน้ำในบริเวณที่มีระดับความลึกต่อไป

"Ko Tukon Lima" - Mu Ko Lanta National Park

"Ko Tukon Lima" (pronounced "Tukon-li-ma") translates to "five rock formations" in Malay. This beautiful island, often likened to a gem of the Andaman Sea, is located within Mu Ko Lanta National Park in Koh Lanta District, Krabi Province.

Ko Tukon Lima comprises five small islands, with two of them featuring some flat areas atop their peaks. The remaining three islands are more like rocks emerging from the water, with no flat surfaces. The geological structure of this island group consists of limestone formations from the Ratchaburi group, dating back to the lower-middle Permian period, around 280-230 million years ago. This area is a diver's paradise, frequently visited by schools of manta rays and the majestic whale shark.

Ko Tukon Lima, or "Ko Ha" (Five Islands), within Mu Ko Lanta National Park, is an excellent spot for both deep-sea and snorkeling dives to explore vibrant coral reefs. The national park itself encompasses 25 islands, divided into four groups: the Rok Islands, the Ngai Islands, the Lanta Islands, and the Ha Islands (Tukon Lima).

The Ha Islands consist of five islands, with Ko Ha Yai (the largest) resembling a sail. It is a prime location for both shallow and deep-sea coral diving. Located in Mu Ko Lanta National Park, Krabi Province, the five islands are named Ko One, Ko Two, Ko Three, Ko Four, and Ko Five. On the eastern side of Ko Three, there is a small beach that slopes down toward Ko Two and Ko Four, forming a lagoon. The shallow waters here are crystal clear and often used as a training ground for divers before moving on to deeper areas.
