แหลมโตนดมีจุดเด่นอยู่ตรงที่จุดชมวิวทิวทัศน์ที่มีลักษณะเป็นที่ราบรูปสามเหลี่ยมปลายด้านหนึ่งยื่นออกไปในทะเล บริเวณด้านบนของปลายมีประภาคารสีขาวตั้งอยู่ ซึ่งกลายเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของเกาะลันตา ตั้งอยู่ในเขต อุทยานแห่งชาติหมู่เกาะลันตา มีหาดทรายสวยงามอยู่ทางด้านหลังเกาะ และเกาะเล็กเกาะน้อยอยู่ใกล้เคียง
